On 21 August 2023, a meeting was held between representatives of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
During the meeting, the training workshops for the Tokyo trip were discussed (in December 2023).
In particular, the Deputy Director of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan noted that within the framework of the organised trip to Japan it is necessary to discuss the issues of:
– increasing the effectiveness of civil legal protection of private property;
– modernisation of legal forms of legal entities;
-securing obligations under agreements on shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate.
