On April 17-18, 2023, an international conference was held in Tashkent on the topic: “The essence and significance of the constitutional reform: New Uzbekistan – renewed Constitution”, organized by the Institute of Legislation and Parliamentary Studies under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State University Law and the Center for the Analysis of Democratic Processes.
This important international event was attended by leading politicians, statesmen, experts and scientists from 16 countries of the world, including such leading states as the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the People’s Republic of China, and also Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, Poland, Georgia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.
In addition, such authoritative international organizations as the UN, UNDP, European Commission for Democracy through Law of the Council of Europe (Venice Commission) delegated their representatives.
