The purpose of the event is a comprehensive scientific and expert discussion of the most important conceptual issues related to the principle of separation of powers and the development of a single mutually agreed approach to the interpretation of the conceptual apparatus of this principle.
The event was attended by more than 10 representatives from the Constitutional Court, Senate and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent State University of Law, Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, University of Public Safety, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Executive Director and co-founder of INGO “Regional Dialogue” Katya Gershak, and Slovenian expert, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana, former Prime Minister of Slovenia Miroslav Cerar.
Based on the results of the brainstorming session, the experts made relevant recommendations in order to develop a unified position on the commented articles of the Constitution.
