The Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Tashkent State Law University and the Private Law Research Centre under the President of the Russian Federation named after S.S. Alekseev, plans to hold an international conference on November 10, 2023 in Tashkent on the topic: “Private Law of Uzbekistan and Russia: Dialogue of Legal Systems”.
This event provides for a comparative legal discussion of current issues of private law in Uzbekistan and Russia, the development of proposals aimed at further improving the Civil Code, scientific recommendations necessary for preparing comments on the Constitution.
The participation of authoritative foreign scientists in the field of civil law from Russia, Germany, Austria and Italy is expected.
This event will contribute not only to the exchange of scientific achievements in the field of civil law, but also to the establishment of a dialogue between the scientific schools of these countries.
