On May 21 this year in Moscow a meeting was held between the Director of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. Rakhmankulov and the leadership of the Moscow State Law University named after O.Kutafin.
During the meeting the parties discussed the organisation of joint research on the problems of constitutional construction, legal support of public administration, formation and implementation of legal policy, preparation and publication of scientific publications, teaching materials, textbooks and manuals, development of joint master’s, doctoral and advanced training programmes for civil servants, holding joint scientific and practical events, forming working groups to develop recommendations for improving legislation and law enforcement practice in both countries.
