On May 21 this year in Moscow the Director of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan M.Rakhmankulov met with the leadership of the Higher School of Economics of Russia.
During the meeting the parties discussed issues of establishing cooperation in the sphere of constitutional development, formation and implementation of legal policy, improvement of civil legislation. Special attention was paid to the creation of a system of state strategic planning, forecasting of demographic processes, organisation of joint educational programmes.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached between the ILLP and the HSE to sign a memorandum of cooperation and a Roadmap for its implementation.
