On 1 July, a delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan, consisting of representatives of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, headed by M. Rakhmankulov, met with the President (Jasna Šegan) and Deputy President (Mujca Muha) of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia.
They discussed current issues such as ensuring the protection of citizens’ rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, the role of administrative courts in the law enforcement and judicial system, the preparation of administrative cases, etc.
As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached on further cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
