On March 27-28 an online training on the topic “Increasing the role of courts in economic liberalization” was organized for employees of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic Uzbekistan.
This training seminar was conducted by the Research and Training Institute under the Ministry of Justice of Japan with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Uzbekistan within the framework of the Technical Assistance Program of the Government of Japan.
During the training Japanese experts provided detailed information on the use of information technology in litigation, alternative methods of resolving economic disputes and other similar issues.
Following the seminar, the parties exchanged views on issues of interest to them.
