On 16 May this year in the Institute of Legislation and Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting of the Expert Group on the creation of a system of strategic planning.
During the event the results of analysis of the current system of strategic planning and the main directions of improvement of its normative-legal base were discussed.
The meeting emphasised the importance of studying the best foreign experience in creating and improving the system of strategic planning of socio-economic development.
As a result of the meeting, specific practical tasks were identified for the timely implementation of the Road Map and the Network Schedule, which are aimed at the development of a number of normative and legal acts in the field of creating an effective system of planning strategic directions of activities of public administration bodies.
