The Memorandum provides for the establishment and development of cooperation between the Parties in such areas as the promotion and implementation of joint projects of legal policy of states, improvement of national legislation, legislative and law enforcement activities, organization and joint participation in scientific and practical conferences, forums, seminars, exchange of experience in the field of rule-making, application of new technologies in lawmaking, interaction with public organizations and the expert community.
