The Memorandum provides for the establishment and development of cooperation between the Parties in such areas as conducting joint international fundamental and applied scientific research, mutual attraction of employees to carry out scientific research in the field of law, exchange of experience in the field of monitoring legislation, law enforcement, assessing the effectiveness of the impact of adopted and existing legislative acts on the processes of socio-economic, socio-political development.
