On February 22 this year at the Institute, the Sector of legislation in the sphere of international relations held a training seminar on the issues of improving the position of the Republic of Uzbekistan in international rankings, in particular, in the Rule of Law Index of the World Justice Project and the World Bank Worldwide Governance Indicators.
During the seminar, using the example of the indicators of the Corruption Perceptions Index of the international non-governmental organization Transparency International, instruction was given on such issues as the methodology of key international rankings, the organization of work with the submitted data and final reports, the possibility of taking into account the recommendations of international rankings and the formulation of recommendations for improving the country’s position in the relevant rankings.
