On October 14, 2026, in Minsk, during a visit to Belarus by an ILLP delegation led by Deputy Director V. Ergashev, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the ILLP and the National Centre for Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.
The document provides for the development of cooperation between the parties in the field of studying law-making and law enforcement activities, conducting fundamental and applied scientific research, formulating scientifically sound recommendations for improving legislation, training highly qualified personnel in legal specialisms, and organising scientific and other events.
The signed Memorandum will serve as an important legal basis for the further development of close cooperation between the ILLP and the National Centre for Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.
