On August 13 of this year, a meeting was held at ILLP with representatives of the Research Institute of Criminology (RIC).

During the meeting, the RIC representatives were acquainted with the main areas of activity of the ILLP and its research projects carried out in various spheres of legislation. The guests were also provided with information about the ILLP’s Scientific and Educational Complex and its innovative approaches to organizing doctoral and master’s degree programs.

In turn, the RIC leadership presented information on their ongoing scientific research, practical developments and established laboratory facilities.

The parties also exchanged views on the prospects for organizing joint research in mutually agreed areas. An agreement was reached on establishing and developing cooperation in the fields of crime prevention, countering youth radicalization and cybercrime. Following the meeting, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two institutions.
