In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On awarding a group of public servants and employees of the production and socio-economic spheres on the occasion of the thirty-fourth anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated August 25, 2025, the chief research fellow of ILLP, Doctor of Law, Professor Malikova Gulchekhra Rikhsikhuzhaevna was awarded the “Shukhrat” medal for her contribution to the development of science, exemplary activity in educating the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, respect for national and universal values, many years of diligent service, high professional achievements and active participation in public life.
On August 28 of this year, a solemn ceremony of presenting state awards to a group of compatriots was held, during which Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mr. N.Ismoilov, on behalf of the Head of State, presented Professor G.Malikova with this high state award.
Professor Malikova has been working at ILLP since 2022. During this time, she has proven herself to be a responsible, professional and proactive specialist, making a significant contribution to the development of draft normative-legal acts in the country and to the advancement of the Institute’s scientific and educational activities.
Director of ILLP, Professor M. Rakhmankulov noted that this award is a recognition of Professor Malikova’s professionalism and dedicated work, as well as an important achievement not only for her personally, but also for the entire team. He emphasized that it also highlights the importance of the Institute’s role in the development of science and legislative activity.
