On August 22, G. Malikova, Chief Research Fellow of ILLP, participated online with a presentation at an international scientific and practical conference on ‘Protecting the Constitutional Rights of Citizens,’ organised by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Semey, Abai Region, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of that state.
In her presentation on the constitutional and legal approaches of the Republic of Uzbekistan to assessing the quality of legislation, Professor Malikova focused on key aspects of scientific and expert support for the implementation of our country’s Constitution, as well as the main tasks assigned to the ILLP in this area.
