On February13, 2026, in Tashkent, ILLP Chief Researcher A.Anorboev took part in a round table discussion on ‘Digital technologies and cybersecurity issues in environmental protection,’ organized by the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan/
The event, dedicated to discussing current aspects of digitalization in the environmental sphere and ensuring information security, was attended by cybersecurity specialists, representatives of government and scientific institutions, as well as experts in the field of law and information technology.
During the round table, along with other experts, A.Anorboev also gave a presentation, explaining in detail issues related to crimes in the field of information technology, mechanisms for protection against cyber threats, the legal basis for ensuring cybersecurity and responsibility for offences in this area.
Following the event, proposals were developed aimed at improving the effectiveness of digital solutions in the environmental sphere and strengthening mechanisms for ensuring information security.
