On May 13 of this year in Minsk, the Head of Sector of the ILLP, Professor K.Rashidov met with representatives of the National Centre for Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus whilst attending the Second CIS International Legal Forum.
Representing the Belarusian Research Center at the meeting were Deputy Director V.Pavlov, Head of the Department of the Main Directorate for Constitutional and International Law O.Kashirina and Head of the Department of the Institute of Legal Studies I.Laptsevich.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged information on the main areas of activity of the ILLP and the Belarusian centre. An exchange of views also took place on the prospects for establishing mutually beneficial practical cooperation between the two research institutions.
Following the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached on establishing cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
